Cigarette Design Manufacture...a combusition outlet in your mouth.
At first glance cigarette design manufacture means nothing more than how big tobacco actually puts together the cigarette for the market. However, a closer look at cigarette design and manufacture reveals some amazing detail about what actually happens when you light a cigarette leading to addiction and disease.
The easiest way to understanding cigarette design is to first understand how a cigarette burns. A cigarette has a combustion process that produces tar. This is akin to the engine of your car that burns a mixture of petrol and air to produce energy. The waste is what comes out of your exhaust pipe as fumes. It has an outlet. A release into the environment.
By design, a cigarette has a filter and a tobacco rod which contains the tobacco. What you put in your mouth is what eventually becomes a butt at the end of the so called pleasurable experience. It is separated from the tobacco road by a filter.
As you puff on a cigarette smoke consisting of particles and gases is sucked and travels through the tobacco rod from the burning end. The gases and smoke passes through the filter were some gases are trapped by the filter.
The rest of the smoke and gases is sucked into your lungs through the mouth. This is the stuff that your car would normally chuck out into the environment. In smokers it is the opposite. It's taken into the body system. The outlet is into the lungs.
A single puff is constituted of 4000 attributes many of them poisonous and lethal to the body. The deadliest being nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide. Tar is notorious for lining the inside of your lungs and accumulating over time. No human organ or tissue can stand such brutal consistent intoxication.
Strictly speaking cigarette design manufacture essentially seeks to produce maximum and best quality results during combustion. This results in smokers preferring this brand over that brand. Cigarette smokers are after the best combustion results pipped through their lips into the lings and eventually reaching the brain as nicotine.
There are different recipes of the tobacco that is used to fill the rod in cigarette design manufacture. This is how cigarette designs deliver an array of choices to consumers. The recipes themselves determine the taste of the cigarette. Once this has been achieved other variables are then adjusted to influence the smoking experience.
Tobacco manufacturers use the filter in the cigarette rod to affect the taste and sensory strength of the smoke taken into the lungs on combustion. This is achieved by varying the size and design of the filter including the use of perforations and type of material during cigarette design manufacture.
